What you'll do
Run deep avatar, competitor, and Ad Library research every week, and turn it into fresh angles
Write ad scripts for video (short-form and long-form) and static ads, at volume
Write landing pages, including advertorials and listicles
Brief the video editors, copywriters, and designers on what to make and why
Analyze ad performance data and use it to guide your next creative decisions
Develop hooks, mechanisms, and positioning that stand out while staying compliant
Use AI tools intelligently to speed up research and iteration, without losing the human edge

Requirements
3+ years in performance creative strategy, or direct-response copywriting for a DTC brand
Briefed and worked directly with video editors
Hands-on fluency in reading ads data
Fluent written and spoken English
Able to work around 9 AM to 6 PM ( GMT+3 )
