What you'll do

- Take our briefs and scripts and turn them into short-form video ads using AI, talking-head UGC, product scenes, and more

- Choose the hooks that actually win

- Own your video output end to end, no hand-holding

- Know your way around every AI tool, your editing software, and rendering without us walking you through it

What we expect

- You're obsessed with the craft

- You create 15+ videos per week without dropping quality

- You're AI-native, Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Sora are already in your hands, and you pick up new tools before we ask

- You hit deadlines

- You don't need babysitting

Requirements

- A computer that renders AI video without choking

- Stable, reliable internet

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Real, hands-on AI video editing experience (not just "I've heard of these tools")

How we work

We hire both part-time and full-time, and we genuinely take care of our team. Already have a job? Still apply. You can start part-time for the first month or two and tell us how you want to grow with us, part-time, or full-time down the road. We're flexible for the right person.
